In the portal you describe the course, the topic, and when you are free. A sentence is enough. "Related rates, exam Thursday" tells us more than a form full of dropdowns.

Take the free 30-minute fit call
You meet a tutor who teaches your subject. They listen, ask questions, and tell you honestly whether they are the right person — including when the answer is no. Nothing is charged for this call.

Book your first session — or do not
If it clicks, you book a single session at $30 or an 8-session package at $200. If it does not, you walk away having paid nothing.
Why we ask you to sign up first
The fit call is free, but it is a real appointment with a real person. The account is how we hold your slot, send you the video link, keep your tutor’s notes in one place between sessions, and let a parent follow along if they want to. We do not ask for payment details to create one.
